coderman: i take issue with the term "atheist" unless it is limited to a belief in traditional gods of fiction. regarding the origin of the universe i think it's pretty clear we're all agnostic, lest atheism imply another kind of faith where there can be no evidence or fact. (that is, anything outside our universe is implicitly unknowable)
