seti: I wish I could say that this would jeopardize Turkey's chances at EU membership but pretty much all member states do similar (UK with 'Cleanfeed', Italy mandates blocking of gambling sites, a few ISPs in the Netherlands had to block The Pirate Bay at both IP and DNS level, ISPs in Belgium are being held responsible for their users' filesharing activities, France has HADOPI three-strikes-you're-out, among others).
