Oliber: Basically machines have been taking duplicate payments for days, council can't/won't stop whatever system they have contracted to take them
Oliber: "Their advice was go to citizens advice which doesn’t help. Not being taken seriously enough. No updates. Nothing. It’s a disgrace."
